Affordable Housing Units

We’re proud to be supporting Perth and Kinross Council in a three-phase project lifting modular affordable housing units ranging from 7 to 8.5 tonnes. Utilising a range of mobile cranes from 60-tonne up to 150-tonne cranes, we’ve successfully completed the first two phases, placing units.

To ensure safe and balanced lifting, we utilised our 34-tonne spreader beam (view specification) throughout the operation. Each lift was carefully planned to meet site constraints and protect the integrity of the units. The project highlights our capability in handling varied loads and working within tight environments.

Phase three is scheduled to begin shortly, and we look forward to continuing our work in delivering essential housing infrastructure.
